A Great, Beginner-Friendly Show A lot of anime podcasts focus on the latest releases and assume the listener is already fully immersed in anime culture. Often, they also skew towards a younger audience. Those people might also love this podcast, but what makes this one different is that some of the guests are older, lapsed anime fans just coming back to the medium. They may have grown up on the 90s classics, but maybe aren’t up on the seasonal releases of today. The host definitely knows his stuff, and some of the guests do not fit the description above, so I wouldn’t say this is a podcast JUST for beginners, but it strikes the perfect balance making it very beginner-friendly.
